Why go for the tag that has a wiki rather than the tag that doesn't need a wiki? It's not as if the English speaking world learnt about the game from anime. The wikipedia page claims it's been around in the west since the start of the 20th century, so why go with the Japanese, not English name for it?

+1 for rock_paper_scissors. It's silly to use a Japanese name for something that wasn't invented in Japan.
