Neck ribbon v. ribbon choker -- difference?

I was going through an adding reference to Tag group:Neck and neckwear to all clothing tags referenced in it when I stumbled onto the fact that neck ribbon doesn't have any Wiki page yet. Ribbon choker has one, but I'm not sure exactly what difference if any there is between the two from looking at the images for them.

Not quite sure what neck_ribbon is intended for, but ribbon_choker should cover images where it is the ribbon directly tied around the neck and worn as a choker. The neck_ribbon tag seems to be a mix of ribbons worn around/near the neck, and currently has images under it of ribbons worn around the collar of a shirt/blouse, detached collars with ribbons, ribbon chokers, etc.

Probably need to come up with a definition on what neck ribbon is to be used for first, and then going with that can see how ribbon_choker relates to it (implication, completely separate tags, etc).
