Hello, I'm french (I'm sorry if my english is bad, please excuse-me) and I go regulary on Danbooru in spite of my french nationality, but I have one question: what is the word "moe" ??? And Danbooru is an american or english site? I'm sorry to ask you that, but thank you to answer me. ^^

Does it really matter if Danbooru is American or English? People from all over the world join the community anyway, there are enough active users who are non-native speakers, and even more lurkers, I guess.
And yes, forum is more for technical/tagging related issues and discussions, so topics like this one would probably be frowned upon.
