post #1071388 is tagged with bdsm and it doesn't seem correct to tag it that way. bondage implicates bdsm, so should this post not be tagged with bondage at all?
Bondage means binding/restraining for sexual motives. If there's nothing sexual involves, it's just another bound_*. Technically that post should be tagged bound_hands, but bound_hands is currently aliased to bound_wrists. I changed to that anyway.
