Help changing basic settings

I haven't been on this site for a very long time, I can't seem to edit my settings to clean my blacklist box, but there's no visible way to save what I've changed, what do I need to do now to save my changes?

Scroll to the very bottom of the page and click "Submit".

But as soon as I come back to basic settings nothing has changed.

Does this happen with any settings you try to change? Or only certain settings?

I made noob move and didn't delete my email address from the email bar. I feel silly.
