Is the character meant to be Turkish? I doubt it. This may be another case of the Japanese company just failing at (or being overly literal with) romanization, e.g. 'Jurian' and 'Gohdon'. It's not like a totally made up name that we have no point of reference for romanizing.
On the other hand, it is a legit Japanese name, albeit written in katakana...

I don't agree with the Siren -> Seiren alias because Suite Precure is wholly themed around music, and she's named after the mythological singing creatures. Like jjj14 said, that's probably the company's bad attempt at romanization.
As for the Ellen -> Eren alias, I would support it more as an implication of kurokawa_eren -> kurokawa_ellen, with kurokawa_elen -> kurokawa_ellen thrown in for good measure. The Eren spelling, while legit, looks like another bad attempt at romanization. The majority of websites I'm seeing use the Ellen spelling.
Kind of looks like they took the first romanization from their wikipedia and went with that. Which is the same as the one listed on the English wikipedia pages : "[...] the Sirens (Greek singular: Σειρήν Seirēn; Greek plural: Σειρῆνες Seirēnes) [...]."

I disagree. In Suite, Shirabe Ako is a full Japanese name with Ako also written in katakana (調辺アコ). The same logic should be applied for Kurokawa Eren, i.e. a full Japanese name instead of half Japanese/half European. Both girls took those names after coming to Japan.
Secondly, Toei had consistenly printed "Eren" on every merchandises of her I've seen, never Ellen. Those websites you mentioned are most likely influenced by fansub, whom admitted they just went with Ellen because they personally like it better. "Ellen" has never been official unless you can provide a proof that Toei has ever used it.
"Seiren", as NWF Renim noted, is the Greek for Siren, as well as being a legit Japanese name on it own. So it's a pun on name as far as I can see, rather than fail romanization attempt. Note that Seiren's name is written as セイレーン (Seiren) and not サイレン (Siren).

Should point this out. Siren (the mythological creature) is セイレーン (Seirēn), while siren (the noise device) is サイレン (Sairen) going by their wikipedias.

Seiren is still how Toei spelled it in Latin alphabet. I was just making a point against the theory "a failed attempt at romanization". There're plenty of reasons why they went with Seiren and not Siren.
