First off, this seems like it should be an alias, not an implication. There's no Conundrum in Sword Girls that isn't Crescent Conundrum. (unless something's happened recently I'm not aware of)
I don't think this is a good idea though, because if nothing else it'll necessitate a ton of other implications and lead to a lot of potentially ambiguous tag names. If someone does approve it I advise going right to conundrum (sword girls) with the latter tag.
Besides, aren't they more like clan names than titles?
