As with other titles like the Persona series, there's no clear need to differentiate from other media such as manga, anime, light novels, etc.
If there's still a need to differentiate, then we can just replace the aliases with implications.

I don't think the Momoyuki Kotori manga has any images on Danbo, but if any show up we can use love_lab_(momoyuki_kotori). Obviously the animefied one will get the base tag without qualifier.
We might also want to add aliases from renai_lab and ren'ai_lab.

And did the original _(manga) to base tag alias in another thread, so that's done too.

rename love_lab_(game) -> love_lab_(visual_novel)
deprecate love_lab
I know this is a 10-year-old thread, but making the "manga" qualifier as an alias is kinda short-sighted tbh. Reverse the change and rename the tag accordingly.
