Kantai Collection: admiral tag?

I've been considering creating a tag for the representations of the admiral (player character) for KanColle akin to the producer tag for Idolm@ster series, but never went through with it because of all the various representations for admirals we see from the different artists.

Does anyone else think that an admiral tag is necessary (e.g., "admiral_(kantai_collection)"), or should we just leave it alone because the admirals differ from each artist to the next on many occasions?

The producer tag is also a blanket for lots of original designs so there's really no reason not to.

Player characters with varying depictions are perfectly fine taggable concepts.

I had already been thinking of starting the tag myself, so yeah, +1 from me too. Also, alias to or from teitoku_(kantai_collection) should be in place as well (I wonder if leaving it untranslated may be for the best, since some artists represent him with a "T" head ).

For military titles, I think the English is clearer and more likely to be remembered by the average user. Simply note the reason for the T in the Wiki page.

On a related note, post #1493864 just got uploaded and tagged female admiral. Is this deserving of its own tag?

Just noticed that it parallels 女性提督 on Pixiv, if that matters.

Looks like we're all aboard for the admiral tag, so I'm going to go ahead and start browsing the KanColle pages to add it in.

My personal opinion is that there's no pressing need to distinguish between male/female admirals, but if someone wanted to make different tags, I wouldn't be against it.
