Why did people start trying to give most collection pools "clever" or "amusing" names?

The names aren't really either, and simply giving them clear-cut names would be reduce debate over what belongs in them.

Pixiv uses "Schrodinger's cat" for both images of the thought experiment and as an equivalent of "no panties?" so it's not exactly the first time someone's thought of this.

It has a broader meaning. The term "Schrodinger's Panties" is often used for "what's the color of her panties?" too. (e.g., Fuzai-Tsuuchi-P's song)

Pool names should be functional, not comedic or clever. Many of our pools are badly named, so let's leave one of the intuitive ones as is.
