Easier to understand the tag's meaning (i.e. not confuse with rope knot).
I think this would make its meaning less clear. I've never heard of it being called just "knotted". On the other hand, ropes and hair can be referred to as "knotted".
How about knot_(penis), knotted_penis, or bulbus_glandis instead?

From what I saw in a brief check the tag more refers to the action of being stuck together than the knot itself so knotted makes sense. Can't be an alias though.
I agree with Tok's suggestion for knotted_penis, knot_(penis), and/or penis_knot; Seems the most intuitive if that's what you're looking for; Rather than needing to assume knot / knotted refers to that rather than tied knots.

Yeah definitely one of these, this is a super weird thing to use as the base tag when normal tied knots are a much simpler concept.
