Question regarding "Bad_anatomy" tag.

I've been checking out the tag under "bad_anatomy" and there are amounts of perfectly good images (within a stylistic and anime-ish context) that have been given this tag. Are people supposed to randomly gives this tag if they simply don't like how a artist portrays his proportions?

On a second look the buttocks of the model is drawn too wide. This should not happen because there is no foreshortening and it is a front view. Look around in the artist helper anatomy pool pool #86 for more info.
