I'm gonna go with Tiger Lotus as well, mostly because Team Disaster is a comic relief team. Okuu is too dumb and Tenshi enjoys getting her ass kicked too much.
The real question is: how much of a fighter is Byakuren? She's a magician, not a brawler. I can see Shou being an absolute terror in the ring, but Byakuren may be their weak point. She may also take a combination of the "all life is sacred" stance and her love of youkai to avoid fighting Okuu.
On the other hand, she might bust out some Shaolin-esque White Lotus Buddha Palm craziness and smack the crap out of both of them.

Canonically she specializes in increasing her physical abilities, so, even if Yukari's Conveniently Ambigious Almost Any Magic (With Few Notable Exceptions Including Some Specific Situations) Blocking Barrier works, she should have at least some combat experience.
Byakuren isn't like Patchouli or Alice. She uses her magic to augment her physical abilities, as seen in moves like her Superhuman Hijiri Byakuren card. So not only retaining her youth or increasing her speed, but things like strength, or resilience, may be enhanced, as well.
She must be able to do something with all those increased abilities or know how to put them to their best use. And Buddhism and martial arts have long gone hand in hand.
So, even forgetting about her magic, since that wouldn't matter here, she may still be able to throw down. Though, as you mentioned, her biggest block could be her pacifism.
Tiger Lotus definitely has my cheers for this one. I adore Okuu and Tenshi, but there's just so much more I want to see from Byakuren and Shou. And yet, I have the strongest suspicion that this will be another match with a 'surprise finish' going to Okuu and Tenshi. Either way I suppose I'll be happy, it'd just be nice to see Hijiri win and her shrine get some more attention for it.
Unlike certain matches, this is pretty close, one of the major factors being the mindsets involved. The Tide'll turn quickly if Okuu or Byakuren gets seriously on someone.

If you want to think like that, here's a tip: If you want more pain, you'll drag the match to an everlasting beating, however, your opponent will tire after a while...

Actually, Hiriji's magic will most likely work. since she only targets herself with her spells, there's nothing for the barrier to quell.
