With the ょ or う possibly being smaller or larger.

I don't know what it means so, I'm just leaving the text here to aid the future translator. The brown text is a tad harder to see, after all.

It's just a phonetic spelling of 飛鳥幻想橋奇譚, the title. I'll put notes on this one and the one on the first title page to make it clearer.
