Err, unless I'm interpreting it wrong, the Japanese of the last panel seems to suggest Sakuya slipped and fell in, while the translation suggests she jumps in. I guess it'll be clear whenever the next page comes out.

I agree with Nihaha, the text says "Kore kyaaaaa" clearly indicating she slipped. I think this needs correction

Disregarding her method of entering the water (jumping or slipping), can the foreigner handle the heat of an onsen?

It's rather hard to read through those, but that seems to be the more appropriate. Guess I got the delusion that Sakuya was enjoying herself with some of the letters looking like a heart or so.

All that it matters is that she went with a splash.

Well, from the previous page, it seems like she has gone to one before, so she might be accustomed to it.

As soboro here says, it is indeed "Sore". Which is an appropriate sound to make when jumping in/taking a plunge. Sakuya has been looking forwards to this for a while, and the title is conveys that she can't restrain herself. She jumped in.
