I'm guessing sequel. The girls looked like they enter through their high school years.

Soo there are a few more characters and Yomi has glasses and has lost her awesome hairstyle... I was kinda hoping this would differ more from the OVA if it's meant to be a seperate story.

seems it differs a lot more than just that from the OVA.

For starters, it seems STR and BGS will have bigger roles, the other world will be explored more if the fight against the mecha doll spider is any indication. Then there's the new girl, the only new one we know that will appear; remember Yuu, STR and Saw never appeared in the trailers either

nope, it's the new girl who has a giant circular shield and a spear. She does have a crown like Dragon Slayer, but Slayer uses a sword and a book

The poster has several of the characters twice. Saw is there twice, too.
