Not too surprising considering this portion of the series was labeled with the MariRin tag a long time ago. It might have been taken off by now, but it was a big tip off then.

The original translation missed the joke though. I added it in translation notes. It might be too wordy so feel free to change it.

What makes you think it will end here? Again, Nitori may not even have any romantic feelings for Rinnouske at all, and only sees him as a partner in making neat SCIENCE! devices. (And vice-versa, Rinnouske doesn't seem to see much in Nitori besides a business partner.)

In any event, this whole vignette has "All A Great Big Misunderstanding" written ALL over it. In fact, I can't conceive of a reason to even bother drawing this much if the author was just going to resolve the whole thing this simply.

A Marisa x Nitori is fine, too. The magic, the science, the cucumbers...
