The position of the hand's revised so that it shows it's the left hand that's doing the peace sign (or 2 minute sign from the pixiv tag) better.

I'm thinking someone told the artist "that hand in the third panel..." and he didn't get what the real problem was, because it still looks off.
But maybe it has to be the inside of the hand that's shown when you do the peace sign?

It looks fine to me, it's probably a problem because Yuuka's arm is out of frame. Or the hand could be a little more to the right.

It's just moved slightly closer to her left shoulder.

It seems awkward until you realize she turned a bit to face sanae.

It's not physically impossible. She turned her HEAD to face Sanae, not her body. From the perspective, it's completely possible to do that.

tinypic thinks every file uploaded to it should be a jpg for some reason, but it doesn't actually change the filetype.
