    Okay, I wanna start using that word as part of my vocabulary now:

    Nobra
    (Verb)
    Definition: To not wear a bra.
    Example usage: "Madoka nobras when she sleeps."

    It seems the artist took the japanese term "nopan" as if it were a direct loanword from english, and then made the logical leap to "nobra".
