A bit of snooping around tells me this is from a doujin called "A Walk in the Sea with Dolphins" by Magu Shun'ichi (circle C-Arts). I can't find it anywhere, though.
Another source says this is Kenichi Sonoda.
Edit: Apparently, Magu Shiúnichi is tagged maguta here. I'm too unsure to tag this either.
I still remember how amazed I was when I first saw Pulp Fiction. Wonderful dialogues and music, original plot, a cute character...
But when I saw Reservoir Dogs, later, I was even more amazed...Tarantino is really great~
