You know what the sad thing is? there are only four characters in the series that can age normally (Sakuya is unverified) and the only one for whom it gets depicted is the one who will die first and youngest.

Reimu, Marisa, Akyuu, and... Youmu? If she ages normally, I'd assume Keine does as well. As for Rinnosuke, do we even know what he is, let alone how he ages? Also, there are the humans from another universe, from way back in the PC98 era, whose names I cannot recall...

I was thinking of Reimu, Marisa, Akyuu, and Sanae. Youmu is a half-ghost (phantom) and the closest thing to an official word is that she has a longer lifespan than a human; how that plays out is unknown. There's no word on how old Keine or Rinnosuke are but I had forgotten about the former and left the latter off since he's usually a non-issue.

Okazaki Yumemi and Kitashirakawa Chiyura, and both were among the very rare creatures in Gensokyo that had known, official ages. There was also Rikako, Rika, and Kotohime.
Sanae would be the least normally aging, since she's practically a goddess herself, in training. So what, we're down to three confirmed normally aging people, three contested and two unknown?

We don't really know how Akyuu's lifespan works. Just that she'll have a shorter life than her previous incarnations did. We don't know how much shorter, and we don't know how long those previous incarnations lived.

It still doesn't change the fact that unless something is done, each incarnations lifespan will get shorter and shorter and shorter.

Akyu herself said that she probably won't live beyond thirty years of age.
Akyu said: I don't know whether this is because the reincarnation is imperfect, or whether we simply know too much, but I will probably not live much beyond 30.
