All I hear is Kero's introduction in Osaka-ben.

IIRC there was this section of Cardcaptor Sakura but I don't remember what it is?

During the first season of Cardcaptor Sakura (the whole first half of the series), there's the "Kero-chan ni Omakase" segment after the episode where Kero talks about the episode (usually about the costume Tomoyo made for Sakura that time).

sadly this segment is probably going to have Kyubey talking about how being meguca is suffering with examples from the episode.

Nah, I think QB would use it to recruit, so it'd be more about how he makes wishes come true and how awesome being a magical girl is.
