Mismatched on purpose, these pictures are all about a job with secondary skills, like the summoner with Throw Item, Ninja with Equip Crossbow and so on.
They're all very effective job combinations that people have agreed upon. I recognize the Monk/Knight combo and Black Mage/Samurai combo. The first because of the insane ATT you get from lvling up both jobs, and the second because Samurai abilities draw power from MAG, and with Black Mage that stat should be through the roof.
Added Mime and Onion Knight. The only way an Onion Knight can level, since they do not gain XP is through sacrificing an Uribo using the Monster Skill "Eat Me."
That and it just looks like the Mime's Parrying. Feel free to correct that one if wrong.
Well, here are some of my speculations. I think the Thief has Jump +3, but she could also just have something evasive going on, what with the word "attack" in there. (Maybe she's getting hit with Rend Helmet while stealing a ring, but I may be reading the image too much.)
Since the Mime can't equip skills, it's probably just a representation of her using the weapons or ability.
I think the Knight may be using Meatbone Slash/Bonecrusher, since she looks like she's been damaged and is reacting to something.
That last character looks like a Time Mage with a big jacket on. The purple dress is a hint though she doesn't have the hat, they have hoods which looks down on her. Plus, there isn't a Time Mage anywhere else in the image. Maybe the pouch is an Item pouch. Possibly she's a Time Mage with Item and Any Weather.
The 4th picture she is most definitely showing off her ribbon The chemist also looks like she has kunai strapped to her leg and in her offhand so maybe throw skill instead of arts of war/rend skills Calculator looks like she has an item pack behind her Summoner has Catch/Sticky fingers not Throw skill
