I haven't played MW3's Survival Mode, so I don't know whether the enemy Juggernaut's default payload is still the M240. Can anyone confirm?

No, it's the PKP Pecheneg in Survival Mode and the M60E4 in MP. The M240 doesn't appear in MW3
