Somebody with the proper toku knowledge try to identify what the toys on the middle shelf are, tag the sentai on the second-from-top shelf, the mask and the belt (most likely the same, maybe showa). The mask looks like Ixa but its not really. Belt design doesn't exist anywhere.
It is really nice of Namco Bandai that they included Ultramen on this art. Riders and Sentai are obviously there, because they own rights to them, but I don't know if that's the case for Ultramen.

Yes, Bandai has the Ultraman toy license from 1970s.
