Really? Her hair seems to be relatively the same color [from the anime; manga is strawberry blonde] and she has blue eyes. Not to mention this is from the CG set "A-type", which consists of all Asuka drawings.
Her hairstyle and posture are 100% Ayamami Rei. It's kinda like that other post of Rei dressed as Asuka with her blue hair peeking out from under the red wig. It's Asuka emulating Rei.
