    Everything you need on that, though I'll summarize. Spoiler alert.

    Kasen's true name is Ibaraki Kasen, which was confirmed on a profile on the Ichijinsha site and in Oriental Sacred Place (Three Fairies manga). Ibara Kasen or Ibarakasen is a pseudonym similar to the example of Kaku Seiga and Seiga Nyan Nyan (noted as another hermit).

    Her last name, Ibaraki, is linked to that of Ibaraki Douji, who was an oni under Shuten Douji. This is similar to Yugi, who is a Deva of the Mountain, and Hoshiguma Douji. Not only does she have the name, she is also missing an arm, just like Ibaraki Douji. She also has a shackle on her unbandaged arm, which keeps to Suika and Yugi who both have chains and shackles.

    Her title implies she has horns. Suika also appears in a one of the later chapters of WaHH. She also seems to be familiar with Suika, though she doesn't want Suika to know about her current condition (wanting to not be known that she's around).

    Commentary Translation

    Isn't Miss Kasen a Hermit?:

    I had heard rumors here and there that she was an Oni... At the long-awaited Setsubun, I had her try eating some beans. She was in a lot of pain and complained about it, like an Oni would do. Well then, eat this at once. With your eyes.
