This translation was more or less a guess since I had no idea what the context was - I'm only guessing it's her speaking rather than the viewer since she uses "uchi" as a personal pronoun in the anime, as does the speaker here. The last part seems to say "on/to the thing that looks like Okonomiyaki" but that doesn't really make sense to me. Please correct this probably incorrect translation if you can!
I believe the "やろ" at the end is the Osakan form of "だろ" or "でしょ", so I made some minor edits. I can't tell who's saying the お好み焼き bit, but the not-spiky speech balloon implies it's not Akane... frankly it could go either way. みたい here probably means "similar to" as opposed to "want to see".
I know nothing of the language, but she's covering her chest. Could it be that she's reffering to it because she's pettanko? "Flat as a pancake" or in this case "flat as an okonomiyaki"?
