Anyway, I assumed this is suikoden 2 from the background reminding me of the castle, but maybe there's a hot springs with bamboo near it in the other games?
It's the entrance to Tetsu's baths in Suikoden II.
Also, fixed the tags. Seriously not sure how one looks at this and sees no panties (panty string is visible on the hip), pubic hair (if there are panties, there's no pubic hair, let alone purple pubic hair), or a sarong here.
Wish Konami would release more Suikoden titles since they seem to cash in on Castlevania, Metal Gear, and Yu-gi-oh! to death. Jeane is awesome and we still don't know about her age and background.
Konami is releasing more Suikoden titles. They just don't occur in the same world as I-V, because Yoshitaka Murayama left Konami during III's development and won't fill us in on the unanswered backstory.

I assumed the black string was part of the belt keeping the garment up; I'm not good with English clothing article names, and sarong seemed close enough.

When in doubt, it's best to refer to other posts where the same character is present; if something isn't tagged in those other posts, it's probably best not to tag it.
In this case, her hips and the strap she's holding with her mouth are both keeping the dress up. The purple string is the side strap of her underwear.

Well, I wasn't really in doubt, considering how erotic a picture it was to begin with...

So Konami is trying to turn Suikoden into Tales.
Then they should throw some of the said Yugioh at him get him back. I at least want to know what the rest of the unrevealed runes are. We know what about half of them are. Also, more stuff on the Sindaar. Q_Q
