蠣崎アシリノア三等海佐（18歳）扶桑国国防海軍・空母「信濃」航空隊、前線管制官及び飛行隊長。コールサイン及びTACネームは＜シャインレイ＞。ストライカーはE-2CF"ホークアイ"早期警戒／空中管制ユニット、F-14AFトムキャット戦闘脚。使用武装は64式小銃など。使い魔はタンチョウヅル。扶桑の北方民族（アイヌ）の出身。泳ぎは不得意だったが国防海軍に入る際に克服した。優れた広域探知能力を持ち、E-2ホークアイを装備することによって更に索敵・管制範囲を増大させる。時には戦闘脚を装備しての空対空戦闘も受け持つが、本人は空中管制の方が性に合っているという。任務中熱唱することで有名で、他国の軍人にすら愛称の「カッキー」で呼ばれる事がしばしばある。 「こういう時は"We are the World"でも歌えばいいのかしら？」
Hahaha, I like her too. Kakki is apparently a reference to voice actor and singer Kakihara Tetsuya.
Major Kakizaki & E-2 Hawkeye
Major Kakizaki Ashirinoa (age 18) of the Fuso Marine Defense Force, stationed aboard the carrier Shinano where she is a unit commander and performs early warning and control duties. Her callsign and TAC name is Shine Ray. Her Strikers are the E-2CF "Hawkeye" early warning/air control unit and the F-14AF Tomcat. Her standard armaments consist of the Type 64 rifle, etc. Her familiar is the Japanese crane. Born of the Fuso northern tribe (Ainu). She was bad at swimming for a long time, but she conquered that problem when she joined the Marine Defense Force. She has a powerful long-range detection ability, and her enemy search and aircraft control range is even further enhanced when she equips the E-2 Hawkeye. She's also effective in air-to-air combat using attack Strikers, but she says the air control mission is better suited to her. She's famous for singing her heart out in the middle of missions, and was even nicknamed "Kakki" by members of other countries' militaries. "Maybe I should sing 'We Are The World' in times like this?"
Also, I'm removing the character request tag as we're not currently in the habit of character-tagging the SW1991 characters that only get one-off profile pics like this. (Maybe we should be! I have no strong opinion at the moment.)
