How does that work out? Wouldn't they need someone not visually impaired to help them access that or do they make somekind of special tool for the blind to feel what we see on our monitors?
I don't know much about it either, but I know many use programs that reads text aloud. And all they'll need to access audio porn is to access iTunes, which has some features designed to help vision impaired people navigate it.
What I dont understand is how one faps, holds the book, and reads the braille at the same time. Though I suppose you could put the book on a table of some sort, I doubt you would be able to get into a comfortable fapping position.

Speculating here, but one could lay on their back with the book beside them. One hand to read and turn pages (even easier than normal since braille is printed on heavy paper) and the other free to go to town.
