I made an edit of this here. Reduced it to around 1.97 MB. Unfortunately I didn't remove the slight jerk in the image caused by the slight shift in image.
There were a lot of unnecessary frames during the pause. There was one frame that was completely empty. The weirdest thing with the pause was not simply the redundant frames, but that the redundant frames didn't necessarily have the same time delay. Most had a time delay of 0.04, but some had it set to 0.12, and one had it set to 0.16.
I use a utility that doesn't have a lot of options, hence the extra frames. The reason it shifts is because the scene was panning, and I had to try and crop the shifting image to make it still. Seems I was off.
I used Photoshop CS5 to make the edits. Probably not exactly the cheapest program to use, though the student's edition is like 17% the price of the normal edition.
A friend of mine uses a bootleg version of it, though perhaps not that bootleg since he used an exploit in the photoshop registration using a legit installation of the program. Not sure if that's still possible, and I'm not going to check if it is.
