I don't really see any important difference between the translation level here and done by cgrascal. Maybe it's because I'm no native but why would someone actually care this much about quality of another Touhou doujin? Anyway, reading comics here on Danbooru isn't convenient so I point the alternative and maybe save time of people who could translate some other stuff instead of pretty much duplicating the effort doing this piece.

Because it's Chado, whose comics are typically worth reading. And also because the quality of CGRascal's translations, in both the accuracy in the translations themselves and the editing, tend to be more questionable.

You might as well say what's the point of translating something if you don't mind not understanding a god damn thing people are saying as you would with a CGrascal translation.
