I mean, it would mean tagging EVERY firearm there can ever be or has been drawn!
Also, it's not an USP. It's clearly a Walther P99, and the other firearm that can be seen in the other image is a Colt M1911 or its variant.

The other reason we don't have real gun tags is because artists take certain liberties when drawing, most of the time.

My take on it is that the short haired girl won the quick-draw match with a shot to the other chick's chest causing her to slowly slide downwards to the floor in a seated position...and just when she thought she had victory...out popped a mutated alien from within the dead girl's crotch who completely mauled the short haired chick.

The argument went as such:
Girl standing: You're on my couch.
Girl sitting: F*ck your couch.
*gunshots are fired*
