Its worrisome, but I'd rank Nyarlko on a higher danger scale than Saya. Saya's just a shoggoth after all (granted Shoggoths CAN kill off people right quickly), but Nyarlko's an Outer God whose main M.O. is messing with mankind for the lulz.
