I've seen some of Shitappa 13-gou's stuff in the past but I didn't know it was his. I'm glad to see some more of it turning up on here - it's all really funny and charming, hahah.
That said, I like the idea of a charizard being nervous to fly. Beyond the gen-1 mechanics, I imagine it probably would be a bit daunting the first few times after evolving.

Exactly. He was a Fire/Flying type, but due to reasons known only to Game Freak circa '95, he couldn't learn Fly until Yellow came out. So to get Charizard with Fly, you'd swap it to PKMN Yellow, teach it Fly there, then swap back.

Dodou/Dodrio is one of my favorite Pokemon to teach Fly to, just because of how absurd it seems (although it makes sense for a Flying-type in the Flying egg group to be able to learn Fly).
