Looks like Sasuke has never seen a real woman. Sorry dude but about 90% of all real women have moles on their boobs in some amount and size. If you that turns you off then you are going to die single and alone. This has to be the most realistic CG I have seen. In fact I am curious if it is just not a real photo that has been filtered to appear less real.

Btw impressive work in this pic i really can't say if its real or just a CG but i think this is a real picture given the light thats reflecting on the eyes and it looks like a window or something

Your point? You can't see any moles, so what? Loads of people don't have moles in instantly visable places.

None of the other art these seems to be anywhere near as detailed as this either...I'm as skeptical of this as I am that person that supposedly draws extremely realistic food.

It's CG. You can see the shape of the transparent polygon planes that the hair texture is mapped onto.
