i changed to another yellow, because it's unreadable the word 'body'

Fixed the first part. For the rest, "ごっくんボディ" is probably something more along the lines of "A body that makes you swallow when you see it", which is pretty impossible to translate well but "slutty" is not really it.

In the end, though, I gather the whole thing is just a reference to some old famous ad, so translating it is pointless anyway, since it makes no sense unless you know the ad and if you do you don't need the translation.

You're probably right about the ad.
I was working under the assumption she was just trying to act alluring or otherwise sexy, I guess. I'm not really sure how to phrase it.
I changed slutty to Jaw-dropping, so it would fit with first bit a little better.
