Well, if not her, guess the only one it could be really is Kaguya. I mean, Kaguya really is the one with whom Mokou can spent the rest of her life with.
It would be sad if the wedding idea was just a joke at first, but again they can still marry even then.

I'd really like to make some Iku jokes about can't read the atmosphere moments... there's too many of such in the story.
