Exactly why she loves the job.
"Doctor, I've got this pai--"
"You're dead."
"But you haven't even--"
"Nope, dead. You're here, so you're dead. Here's my bill, now it's naptime."

I imagine she's a morgue worker more than anything. She doesn't tell people they're dead, she figures out why they're dead, if the circumstances aren't obvious.
