I don't know if this is the artist or not, but in the table of contest this page (p47) is credited as "青描", though that might just be a description, I don't know japanese. In any case the artists who worked on the doujinshi are shown at http://www.toranoana.jp/mailorder/article/04/0010/10/72/040010107247.html but considering this together with the TOC listing, my guess would be that the artist is 青山怜央 / Aoyama Reo / nikopondo.
