Well, she didn't have it as easy as her daughter and her non/less-lethal spell-card rules. Her profile went along the lines of "She uses bone-breaking martial arts enhanced with magic", so she must be pretty imposing physically to be able to put the beat-down on supernaturally strong youkai. Exhibit A: scar tissue all over the shoulders and possibly elsewhere. Do we need Exhibit B?
