What I mean is that the lineart seems really fuzzy. It's especially obvious next to the background. I wanted to get a second look at it.

Seems ok to me but I do see what you mean now.

Makes me wonder if the artist done this intentionally though. Stuff like fuzzy lineart isn't that hard to miss, nor is it difficult to fix.

I think the image as a whole outweighs the flag.

This is probably not intentional. The aliasing is very inconsistent.

Nevertheless, I think saving images as low quality jpg enough to cause artifacts is a bigger crime than this.

Hum. Was this really re-approval worthy? Since I'm pretty sure artifacts and jagginess of that level are grounds for deletion, and discouraged from uploading in the first place.

I really didn't see a problem with it. The jagged lines aren't that noticeable unless you actually look for them.(To me, at least and I've scanned this picture over a good 40 times before approving it) Other than that, I see no harm. But if anyone else thinks otherwise, feel free to re-flag it.

Well, it's not like the site was started for our entertainment.

I'm not one of the guys who usually flags for artifacts though so I'm leaving it alone personally, but I'm getting that nagging feeling that it's being given a pass for being Touhou again.
