I know matches have several upsets.... but I honestly think Sakuya and Suika have this in the bag. Both Tenshi and Okuu go for brute strength... Sakuya has the grace and elegence to avoid or nullify most head-on attacks, and if she needs brute force, she can tag out with Suika.

(Wags finger) I actually am encouraged by us not seeing more of their training, it gives them a better chance of winning alla the Unspoken Plan Guarantee. Chances are that we'll see flashbacks to their training as the fight goes on.
The less we see of the fighter's potential the better the chances are that they're going to keep going since they'll have more to show. Ghost Rabbits and Kirisame Familiar had to push themselves to the limit in their fights and lost while Red 75% still hasn't really broken a sweat so when their penultimate fight comes they'll have more to show.

How is it discouraging? We have all that secret training to look forward to. She could have learned any number of things to get out of situations like this, and thus without actual screentime showing her strategies, it leaves us in suspense.

I'm thinking the same thing.
Also Sakuya said she is using skills she learnt from Suika but Tenshi trained with Yuugi who I'm hoping knows the same moves and thus trained Tenshi in all the counter moves.
If, God forbid, Tenshi and Okuu lose then I'll have no choice but to put all my hopes in Team Moriya because Sanae is the only other character that has anything like their spark. Hhm... Now that I bring it up... it's interesting how different Suwako is from when this started. In her first fight she fought to rescue a friend of hers, then in her second match she fought in revenge for Sanae, and now she's an almost soulless shell of her former self that thinks of nothing but defeating her opponents. In a way, she's become worse than Yuka was when she first started.
Definitely true, while Sanae became more of a Face as first match she wanted to use some heel stuff and that ended with having Yuuka and Cirno become friends, second match she befriended Flandre.
Not sure if Suwako got over this bit or not by now.
I've never liked Sanae in this. The winners of this one will be the ones I support for the win. If any of these guys lose later on then it'll be Moukou and Kaguya because of Moukou.
Like I'm gonna give you the chance to get me caught in groundwork techniques so easily! But she got caught with ease!!Sakuya took care of Tenshi's chops!!It's a flying arm bar!!Wha-And right in the ring's center...She's definitely locked down tightly.Aaahh...She got caught. Is that bad?Tightly All Of A SuddenEpisode 925: With the arm that thrust out. From the Artist's Pixiv page.Having said that, though!!Tenshi charges in!Owowow!!
