Yup. If it's a temporary injury, no reason not to wear your usual glasses; and even if it's permanent, it still makes sense to use standard frames to hold the lens for your good eye. What, are you gonna wear a monocle?
I know a guy who has strabismus - one eye won't move properly. He wears glasses that have a plain glass lens for the "bad" eye, since his visual cortex has adapted to ignore it.
