'Unison' is a reference to an altered state of Hayate Yagami. She's the one with the book and the wings, and the unison state is the one on the far left of the second row.
You can find all of them as a Rainmeter skin with the exception of the 2nd Hayate and the 2nd Fate since those seem to be different styles/artists?. Look up Suicidal Knife Rainmeter on google to find it. Good luck!
