I searched the character string, and it led me to this page. Comparing the kanji to the Skype & Twitter handles, it's pronounced "Yutazou". So:

When I said "I remembered that I'd left your line art neglected for over four months, Yutazou-sama," I was threatened with, "No sleeping 'til you finish coloring, okay? ^^" But I'm exhausted-mukyu.
