It couldn't, neither could any of the other crap drawn by this guy hold any of the touhou girls. They're all god-modders and there's no "kryptonite" in the series. The situation(or any hentai scenario) wouldn't arise for any reason.

after all I've seen so far my personal head canon for this image set is that these arn't the real touhou but genetically altered touhou clones made by eirin as i have seen no one from eintei (except for reisen and even that doesn't make sense with the lunatic eyes) and these touhous seem to be much weeker than the originals. more than likely they were made so eirin can make money for the clinic and to increase human faith in the outside world or maybe even as sleeper agents against a potential lunarian invasion.
