Kotaku wrote a small (and ambiguous) article on this book, which also links to an Akiba Blog post that supposedly goes into finer detail. Anime News Network did the same. However, I lack the blessing of moonrunes. Perhaps some artist attributions can come from them.

    Supposedly, there are 70 images...
EDIT: Hmm, I guess the words after the slash in the heading are the artist name. That simplifies things.

In Real Life, the CIA was obsessed with destroying his beard (no, really).

What would they be trying to destroy here?

And a lot of people he killed, but yes, surely Batista is waiting for him too.

You also forgot their attempt to neutralize him with an "exploding cigar"...

Castro is famous for his love of baseball. He received scholarship for his baseball achievement during high school and joined as pitcher in major league team during his college year. His message to the Cuban team that reached final of World Baseball Classic is not to “Win”, but “Do your best”. Even after the Japan team came out as the winner, he told them “It doesn’t matter if it’s gold or silver. The fact we can stand in the final is a wonderful thing”. He gave praise to the Japanese team who defended their title in 2009 WBC and gave accurate criticism to the players’ appointment and techniques. This became a topic in Japan. Anyway, in this illustration is Miss Castro the baseball team manager who sent encouragement to the athletes. She’s a serious class-rep character, but her eyes for baseball is real and backed both by experience and knowledge. Quote is just from translation, maybe someone can find the exact words. And, translation check :)
