As in, she reaches into her shirt, starts flicking the bean, and then her age starts catching up with her and she starts disintegrating until she stops doing it.
The author says that people who didn't read up until the 8th chapter (of ibara kasen i guess) wont get it. I'm guilty of not reading the manga as well.
